ZEB (Net Zero Energy Building) is an abbreviation for a net zero energy building, which is a structure that achieves an annual primary energy consumption of zero or less by improving the energy efficiency of the building and its systems and utilizing renewable energy sources. The definition of ZEB states that it is evaluated at the design stage using calculations based on the "Regulations for Establishing Energy Consumption Standards for Buildings" (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Ordinance No. 1 of 2016) or an equivalent method, excluding "other loads." *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*
